Program Presenters Erik Speed is an Associate Principal at Mullin Barens Sanford Financial (MBS Financial). MBS Financial is an independent financial consulting firm specializing in executive benefits, insurance, and estate planning. Erik has more than 25 years of experience in the NQ space, helping to design, fund and manage innovative and accessible retirement and executive benefit programs. Prior to joining MBS, Erik spent 20 years with Prudential and MullinTBG and has held consulting positions with Willis Towers Watson and BNY Mellon. Erik graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Business Management and received his MBA from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
