Decusoft, a global leader in compensation management software, announced that Steve Kerrick has joined as the Vice President of Product Management. Steve will oversee our product organization and will be responsible for product strategy, roadmap development and execution. He is an accomplished leader with a proven track record of over 20 years creating industry-leading solutions that drive organizational growth.

Prior to joining Decusoft, Steve was Senior Vice President of Product Delivery at GAIN Capital where he led their global product management and delivery teams. During his tenure at GAIN Capital, a global retail brokerage, he helped the company grow to become an industry leader generating over $350m in annual revenue through their award-winning trading platforms.
